Have you been outside lately? The weather is perfect for some outdorr training! The temperature has been on the up and the plum trees are starting to bloom around the city!
Please be careful of catching colds at this time since the temperature may suddenly drop again starting next week. But in the mean time enjoy this little piece of spring in the air!

In this article it says avoid early morning runs when pollen concentration is high. However in a separate Japanese article it states that pollen concentration is lower in the mornings here in Japan.

Try and run eary in the morning as the pollen concentration is lower.
Wear sunglasses and mask (yes, it may look weird, but if you suffer from pollen allergies it may help)
We've had a few members stopping by to log their distances at the Pool Offices after training at the pool. If you are training at the Fitness Center, you can stop by their counter and log your distance on the treadmill or on the bikes.
